What Makes My Classes Different?

My teaching style is warm, supportive, and deeply rooted in a holistic approach to pregnancy and birth. As a trained doula and experienced yoga teacher, I combine movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to nurture both your body and mind. I believe in empowering women by honoring the natural rhythms of pregnancy and birth, creating a safe space where you can connect with your baby, prepare for labour, and build confidence in your body’s abilities. Each class is designed to support your unique journey, whether you’re seeking relaxation, strength, or simply a moment of calm in your busy day.

  • You can begin pregnancy yoga at any stage after 12 weeks, once you’ve had your first scan and are feeling ready. The classes are designed to support you throughout your second and third trimesters.

  • No prior yoga experience is needed! The classes are gentle and tailored to meet the needs of beginners as well as those familiar with yoga.

  • We have mats and props available for use in studio. Feel free to bring your own if you wish. Ensure you wear comfortable clothing.

  • Yes, the poses and techniques I teach are specifically designed for pregnancy. However, if you have any medical concerns or complications, please consult your doctor or midwife before starting yoga.
