Mum & Baby Yoga

6 week course starts Friday January 17th!

Mum and Baby Yoga classes are the perfect way to gently move your body, and deepen the bond with your baby in a calm and supportive environment. Designed for mums at any stage of postpartum recovery, these classes combine gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises tailored to your needs. Your baby is an active part of the class, with movements to engage and soothe them, making this a beautiful experience for both of you.

Whether you're looking to connect with other mums, ease postpartum aches, or simply enjoy a special moment with your little one, these classes offer the perfect space to relax, restore, and grow together.

When: Friday 11.30am - 12.30pm
Where: Sandyford Community Centre, Little Roo Parent & Baby Hub,

Classes are sold in 6-week blocks (€120) with limited drop in availability (€22).

There will be no classes Bank Holiday weekends, 31st January, 14th March, 18th April, 3rd May, 30th June.
